Hey friends,
So…yeah. I’ve been gone for a hot minute (okay, two months) and I owe you a little apology. Life got messy, plans got wild, and now 2026 is barreling toward us with big, bold changes.
Here’s the scoop: Phoenix on Fire is returning to its roots and neurodivergent-friendly planning and productivity tools are taking center stage. After January 1, many of our current art and merch treasures will retire forever. If there’s something you’ve been eyeing, now’s your last chance to grab it before it vanishes like a magician’s rabbit.
Your insider update:
New productivity tools are coming that actually get your brain.
Templates, systems, and little life hacks designed to make planning less painful and more magical.
The wildlife + witchy art you love? It’s flying off to Grim & Grackle, but you get first dibs here.
Your exclusive gift:

Your Free Ember Only Gift!
Because you stuck around, I’m giving you 10 of my 2026 affirmation cards, for free. Consider them a tiny sparkle of magic to carry you into the new year. And yes…this is a sneak peek at the full 50-card set coming soon. The last Phoenix-on-Fire product drop of the year, and it’s all yours if you grab it first.
Thanks for riding along through the chaos, the magic, and all the in-betweens. 2026 is going to be a wild, beautiful ride, and I’m thrilled you’re on it with me.
Productivity Tip of the Week 🔥
Lower the bar. Then trip over it on purpose.
If a task feels impossible, it’s usually because your brain is trying to do the whole thing at once. Instead, rewrite the task so small it feels almost ridiculous.
Not “clean the house.”
Try: put one dish in the sink.
Not “work on my planner.”
Try: open the planner.
Momentum loves tiny wins. Neurodivergent brains especially thrive on proof of progress, not pressure. Once you start, your brain often goes, “Oh. We’re doing this now?” and tags along.
And if it doesn’t? Congrats, you still did the thing you promised yourself. That counts. Big time.
See ya’ll in 2026. Don’t forget to rest this year!

P.s. If you think you’re going to miss the illustrated stickers and other merch, you can follow my art journey on my new Facebook Page, K. Byers. I’m happy to have you!
